Carbosint S.p.A. is a company that operates in the market
for more then 40 years.
It has been created in the 1974 as company specialised in the production of brushes and components in carbon material and today Carbosint has become one of the most important international company in the sintered components field.
Currently Carbosint has a plant of approximately 8.000 mq on a surface of about 18.000 mq and it can have front rank machineries : more the 40 presses from 4 to 160 tones, 6 furnaces with high productive capacities, most comply with the AIAG CQI9 standard. In addition, various systems are available for finishing and 100% components checks
Carbosint offers its customers a wide range of products, technologies and services such as design, planning’s consultation ,product development, tests and manufacturing of the most complicated components.
During last years we are increased considerably opting for investments in the research and development , the two components that have allowed us to get close to our vision : to become a refernce model and to be professional and work with high standard quality worldwide. In order to be able to achieve these targets, we have worked hard and we have certified every step of our production : materials, manufacturings and suppliers, respecting the higest quality standards through strict measurements.
