The Company
Carbosint S.p.A.
is a company that has been operating in the market for more than 40
years.
It was
founded in 1974 as a company specialized in the production of brushes and
components made from carbon materials. Today, Carbosint has become one of the
most important international companies in the field of sintered components.
Currently,
Carbosint operates a plant of approximately 8,000 m² on a site covering about
18,000 m², equipped with advanced machinery. This includes more than 40 presses
ranging from 4 to 160 tons and 6 furnaces with high production capacity, most
of which comply with the AIAG CQI-9 standard. In addition, various systems are
available for component finishing and 100% quality inspection.
Carbosint
offers its customers a wide range of products, technologies, and services, such
as design, planning consultation, product development, testing, and the
manufacturing of the most complex components.
In recent
years, we have experienced significant growth, driven by continued investments
in research and development – two key pillars that have brought us closer to
our vision: to become a global benchmark for professionalism and high-quality
standards.
To achieve
these goals, we have worked diligently to certify every step of our production
process, including materials, manufacturing, and suppliers, while upholding the
highest quality standards through rigorous controls.
